Responsive, professional and great customer service when speaking face to face. However, there were some internal miscommunications incidents where the strata management was not informed about the move-in, or the inspection agent didn’t inform internal team about the letters received, or some communication gaps to follow up the status of fixing a shower screen.

I rented my place through Saliba and had a great experience. The staffs were incredibly kind and professional. Thank you so much Siobhan, Aravindhan and Chloe. They communicated everything clearly throughout the process, and their response time was impressively fast. Thank you for making the whole experience so smooth!
