Aurora Property Northern District (previously NNW) have been managing our family’s property portfolio for many years, they have a very experienced team and a great working system, our properties have always been very well managed and we are very happy with their professionalism. Recently my property at Hornsby was vacated and requires a major renovation before renting out again to a new tenant. My property manager Michael You is very knowledgeable about rental properties as well as the current market, he suggested good recommendations and had everything well organised, my property completed renovations without any major issues, and found a quality new tenant in a speedy manner. I would also like to praise my other property manager Jennifer Chang who manages my property at Macquarie Park, she is also very knowledgeable and a good communicator, always keeping me informed and follow up on any issues with my property. Overall, I highly recommend Aurora, very happy with their services, especially compared to some other property management agencies I have had before.

Responsive, professional and great customer service when speaking face to face. However, there were some internal miscommunications incidents where the strata management was not informed about the move-in, or the inspection agent didn’t inform internal team about the letters received, or some communication gaps to follow up the status of fixing a shower screen.
