Before finding Orange Finance, I met with another mortgage broker who didn't really listen to what I was looking for and didn't seem particularly engaged in helping me find the right fit.
Working with Laszlo was a completely different experience. After our initial call, I felt like he really understood my circumstances and was genuinely invested in finding the best mortgage for me as a first home buyer. He put in the work to present a range of loan options, and when legislation changed partway through, he adapted quickly, incorporating the new options into my assessment without missing a beat and without me having to be on top of it. This ultimately resulted in a better loan outcome for me.
