Agencies in Illawong, NSW, 2234

Looking for a good rental agency. Great experience and highly capable staff in the PM team.

We had been left almost homeless thanks to the dishonesty of a different real estate agent and were scrambling to find somewhere else to live. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in! All of our correspondence has been so fast and always positive and helpful, all of the Pulse team have been so nice to deal with, we really could not ask for anything more!

The process of finding a tenant for our property was very easy and very simple thanks to Jasmine. Extremely recommended

LJ Hooker Dulwich Hill has been very helpful and accommodating! They helped us get approved for our next home quickly, making the move for me, my partner and our dog comfortable. Highly recommend them! Thank you Vanessa and Yianni!

Vanessa responded to my request for a rental valuation on the same day, just before the break in late December. As soon as the break was over, a photographer was on-site and was very professional, delivering great quality photos of the property. On the day of the viewing, Vanessa was friendly and warm with the potential tenants, taking the time to highlight the key features of the property. After just the first viewing, a rental agreement was drafted with a reputable tenant, allowing for us to seamlessly transition to our new home without the worry of our initial property being vacant. Thanks Vanessa and the LJ Hooker Dulwich Hill team!

Invited 3 agents to bid. Yianni and Vanessa were very keen and presented an excellent offer, with the backing of a major property management organisation. Listing went well and tenants found promptly.
