The leasing team were very efficient and quick in submitting a proposal and putting the property on the market for lease. They showed great communication when showing the property to potential lessee's and obtained a lease withing a week of going to market, I recommend them.

The existing tenants gave the minimum notice for their intention to move out. Tegan was onto it faster than a ferret down a rabbit hole!! She very quickly organised and advertised an inspection on the forthcoming Saturday morning. As a result, we secured a tenant with a good rental history and references. We highly recommend our property manager, Yulia Korzhenko, from Century 21 Sutherland Shire. She's extremely responsive and hard working. We value her advice and know that she is achieving great results for our investment property, while ensuring our tenants are happy and our property is properly maintained. We sleep easier knowing she's looking after everything.

Unfortunately, our experience with Highland Sutherland was not as positive as we had expected. As new tenants moving into the property, we received very little guidance regarding basic utilities such as electricity, gas, water and internet/NBN. We had to work out most of these arrangements ourselves Overall, the process felt quite transactional and impersonal. Communication was generally polite, but we did not feel particularly supported during the move-in process. Compared with our previous experience renting through another agency, this experience has unfortunately been much less smooth and reassuring. We hope the level of communication and support for new tenants can be improved in the future.
