When the property came up for lease, they were fantastic in sourcing new tenants in a timely manner, making the whole process seamless. Ashley also went above and beyond in supporting additional improvements, including organising the replacement of the clothesline, installing a cover for the air conditioner, and ensuring the outgoing tenants left the property in the appropriate condition.
