Kate is a great communicator and very good rental manager. She keeps us up to date with any issues and looks after both us the landlord and the tenant. She has a good list of tradespeople who all conduct a high standard of work. She selected a very good tenant for us.

Traveling interstate and needed urgent short term rental. Barry Plant were efficient in assisting us get in a rental within a week with their simple onboarding process. Direct contact with agent over the phone was a little harder due to staff availability.
