We have always had Kelly look after our property her communication is fantastic and she holds tenants to a high standard of accountability for properties tenanted. Kelly is very professional and honest in her communications. Issues are rectified quickly and effectively. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and the team at Barry Plant .
Traveling interstate and needed urgent short term rental. Barry Plant were efficient in assisting us get in a rental within a week with their simple onboarding process. Direct contact with agent over the phone was a little harder due to staff availability.
Amazing friendly and professional service
It was the support staff, especially Kelly that made a difference in my application and eventual gaining my new rental home. As well the extra service helping with services that I could seek additional assistance
