Agencies in Kensington, NSW, 2033

From the outset Grant and his team impressed me with their communication and engagement, being willing to actually get to know me and my situation. I am an owner occupier, who has relocated overseas for an extended period. I needed to rent out my home. Grant and his team listened to my situation, inspected my apartment, shared relevant market knowledge, and explained their opinions. They then provided me with options and allowed me to decide. They made the process of finding good tenants easy and responded any questions or concerns I had along the way. I’d be happy to recommend their services to any of my family or friends.

Nick has been really great, super responsive and has made our move in very smooth.

Nick and the team showed care and good communication since the start. Willing and able to help with small tasks, would recommend them every time

Esther has been without doubt the best property manager that has been in charge of my rental property. She is extremely helpful, thorough, and follows through every time. She communicates extremely well and is completely fair to both the tenant and the landlord. I cannot recommend Esther highly enough!!!

Esther and the team at Belle Property Balmain are great. Always helpful and on the ball when there are any issues dealing with my property and/or tenants.

Esther has been a very efficient managing agent for my property. She is a pleasant and warm person and it is a delight to deal with her. She is highly responsive to issues that arise with the management of the property. I feel very confident having her looking after my house during this tenancy.
