Overview of Kensington, NSW, 2033

Daniel worked meticulously to secure tenants within a week, an extremely favourable and desirable outcome. This presumably reflects his knowledge of the market as well as his engaging communication style. I am very thankful.

From advising accurate price expectancy and ensuring the unit is clean and perfect for inspections to maximising lease ad exposure, Daniel has managed to minimise time between tenants. He is in constant communication with any updates and suggestions and will always be in contact should any approvals be required. We highly recommend Daniel and PRD Perez Real Estate.

Overall, I am very happy with the service. The agent was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. They kept me updated throughout the process and provided helpful advice when needed. I would highly recommend their services.

Damien, Kade and Hanna are the A team. From Kade's expert management and advice, Hanna's thoroughness with updates, and overseen by the property management maestro, Damien, backed by 30 years' of subject matter expertise. Unquestionably the best property management team in Sydney.

Since 2019, N G Farah has provided exceptional management for my two investment apartments in Kingsford and Kensington. James Daniel’s outstanding leadership as Head of Leasing ensures that excellent tenants are always found incredibly fast—often within just a week—keeping vacancies to an absolute minimum. Meanwhile, Damien Caruana, Partner and Senior PM Team Leader, delivers flawless daily management, particularly when it comes to handling maintenance issues quickly, efficiently, and without any stress on my part. What really makes them stand out is their incredible responsiveness and strong market knowledge, which consistently ensures my properties are optimized. Both James and Damien are highly professional, proactive, and excellent communicators who give me complete peace of mind. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work over the years, and I highly recommend their team to any property owner in Sydney looking for top-tier service. Sivan Thayaparan

Was very straightforward process and Kade was very helpful.

Charlie Ross and Evelyn have been incredible partners with our investment property. Supporting us with their knowledge of the process and important things to look out for. They secured a tenant in what were challenging conditions (e.g. the time of year of completion and the number of new apartments available) via flexibility (willing to meet with prospective tenants out of an official inspection window for example) and general pro-activity and good ideas. We feel really well supported by Charlie Ross and Evelyn and would highly recommend them.

I couldn’t recommend them more! They were honestly so lovely to work with from start to finish. Communication was amazing, they were always super quick to respond and made the whole process feel really easy and seamless. They genuinely made me feel heard and appreciated throughout, which made the experience even better. So professional, kind and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’d 100% recommend anytime.

We couldn't recommend Charlie-Ross and Evelyn from C+E Property Co. highly enough! We feel informed, supported and confident knowing our property is in such capable hands. They are proactive, responsive and attentive to every detail, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. What sets them apart is their genuine care and commitment to their clients, they take the time to understand what their clients really need and go above and beyond to ensure everything is managed smoothly and professionally. Their knowledge, expertise and personal approach give us complete peace of mind. C+E Property Co. are exceptional property managers, truly the best of the best!

Thank you Costa and Team for the impressive turnaround - less than one week to find an A-grade tenant in an area which is extremely saturated! I am very grateful for all your hard work. This team is highly dedicated to providing exceptional results, quality service, fast turnaround with a personal touch.

Very good service and excellent communication skills. Working hard and making job done progress quickly and effectively. Thanks for the job you have done.

The team at Ray White was always ready to help and guided us through some tricky Covid times. Their experience and professionalism makes them easy to communicate with and their property management team were very responsive and helpful - thanks Steve!

I have been working with James Hayashi and Biance Lamey for a year. They are both extremely professional, very responsive, and totally on top of everything to assist with the management of my property. I worked with James shortly after purchasing an investment property in Randwick and he handled everything very well. He made a few recommendations to lease the unit, organised cleaners, managed minor renovations needed, and hosted multiple open house sessions to lease the unit as fast as possible. Once the unit was leased, his team continued to prove that they are a great partner to trust and work with. They are the best agency to work with in Sydney, highly recommended!

I have really enjoyed dealing with the team at RW Eastern Beaches. A combination of the systems, people, knowledge and attitude make it an easy and stress free experience.

James, Bianca and Luke have been amazing with helping us prepare and lease our properties. They have helped solve numerous issues big and small, offering great solutions while nothing has been an issue for them. We got great rental tenants that we feel more than comfortable with and excellent rental returns. All of our outgoings are covered so we don’t have to constantly monitor. We highly recommend leasing with James and his team. 🙂
