Agencies in Kensington, VIC, 3031

Amanda Kelly has a good insight of the market , gave useful inputs on the furnitures and white goods, and is very professional to deal with. She did a great job in vetting the rental applications - that I really appreciate. Her rental numbers were spot on, I was bit pessimistic about an unfurnished 1 bed apartment delivering value, but everything was smooth and the apartment was leased within couple of weeks.

Great agency. Property management team and particularly Serene is very hands on. They strive to work for the best outcomes for owners and tenants. Highly recommended.
