I recently leased a property through BigginScott Box Hill and had a fantastic experience. Shortly after moving in, we encountered a carpet moth issue. I reported it to the property management team, and they responded incredibly quickly and efficiently. Without any hesitation, they immediately arranged for a professional pest control service to treat the problem. I really appreciate how seriously they took our concern and how smoothly they handled the whole process. It is a huge relief to know that we have such a reliable and proactive agency looking after us. Highly recommend BigginScott Box Hill to any renter! 5 stars!

Very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was clear and timely, and everything was handled smoothly. Really appreciate the support and would highly recommend!

This is a small real estate agency, but those who handle property management do it quickly and efficiently like Carl and James, exactly as a property owner would expect from a management team.

Carl and James were amazing. From the start of the process in guiding us on required works on the property to ensure compliance to having our tenants move in within weeks of the first open. Both are very professional, knowledgeable and personable and responsiveness is unparalleled. Will definitely use again

I had a very positive experience working with James and Carl from Holland Price. They coordinated necessary works efficiently, listed the property promptly, and secured quality tenants within a short timeframe. They maintained excellent communication throughout and provided strong support during the entire leasing process.
