Charlie and Lee were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of helping us secure our new home. The process was so smooth from start to finish, with regular updates and communication at every stage. Having applied for houses in the past, I’ve experienced very little communication throughout the process, so the difference with Charlie and Lee was huge.
