I have been with Fletchers Canterbury for almost 15 years. The property manager is so professional and customer focused ( Dana Qi) she helped me when a trades was trying to over charge me few thousands dollars for small garage repair and also help me a lot when dealing with difficult renter who couldn’t perform renter’s duty. In today’s world it’s hard to find trustable property manager, and it’s not always a matter of management fee. It’s all about professionalism and customer oriented mindset. Well done Fletchers Canterbury team! Best for you.

Appreciate all Vincent Wu and Victor Hua’s effort on my property, they have been helpful, I also would like to thanks the team who is managing the bills, they are very efficient as well. Thanks Fletchers Propety management team.

Julia kept in close contact with me during the entire process and quickly and efficiently executed the lease. She has helped me previously with the same kindness and efficiency. I would highly recommend her experience and kindness to anyone.

I decided to use OBrien Real Estate to manage my property investment and I am so glad I chose them. After settlement, I had several minor renovations in the property and OBrien's team were there all the way. Tamara Abbott and Ashley Patane looked after my property, they were very professional, giving me regular updates and were very proactive with all the works required in the property they were able to organize all tradies and necessary work in the place. The team were able to secure a tenant within my expected timeframe. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Professional and transparent. The process, costs and expected rent were clearly explained. Very clear communication. And landlord is able to access to the portal to view the financial and documents. Totally happy with the service provided by the leasing team.

Tamara is knowledgeable and efficient, and leasing my property with her guidance was super streamlined. Yvette from OBrien, my property manager is such a pleasure to work with. Thanks team OBrien.

I recently had the privilege of working with Fi Selimi for renting out my property. She was exceptional in her approach, demonstrating both professionalism and efficiency. In a surprisingly short span of time, she found a tenant who was a perfect fit. I truly appreciate her dedication and the seamless experience she provided. Beyond just the rental process, I've found myself trusting her wholeheartedly to manage my property. Highly recommended for anyone in need of proficient rental assistance. Thank you, Fi!

Fi is always efficient, proactive and quick go respond to anything the property needs.
