Agencies in Kingsgrove, NSW, 2208

When looking to rent out our apartment, Arthur was the most responsive agent around the Campsie area. He made the process so simple and was even able to find us suitable tenants without the need for a public inspection. Highly recommended Arthur and his team.

Arthur made the entire experience of renting out my property incredibly seamless from start to finish. He was flexible, accommodating and so easy to work with, making what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless. Arthur also delivered an excellent result, securing a rental price that was higher than what we had originally discussed. After just one viewing, we already had prospective renters interested in the property, which was a fantastic outcome. What impressed me most was the level of care and thoroughness Arthur put into the process. He completed full background checks, was incredibly diligent in assessing prospective tenants and kept me informed throughout. I always felt that my property was in safe and trustworthy hands. Arthur went above and beyond to achieve a great outcome while making the process easy for me as the owner. I would recommend Arthur to any property owner looking for an agent who is trustworthy, proactive, professional, and committed to achieving the best possible result for their clients. I couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome!

Very good communication and assistance with all aspects of leasing. Looked after everything I asked and gave good advice when needed. I look forward to continuing my journey with Arthur!
