Agencies in Kingsville, VIC, 3012

I leased my property at the start of 2023 and as a landlord I’ve felt very taken care of by my property manager Ashleigh. She is a great communicator, very efficient, easy to get an hold of and does her job extremely well.

An inspection should be done at a time that provides the required time and light to be effective. Because the inspection missed something significant, our tenant was inconvenienced while the issue (reported by the tenant) was fixed.

My experience dealing with Marcel was excellent, he was very understanding during the time when the previous property manager left the company. He stepped in and proactively managed open inspections, leasing, and followed up applications. Marcel resolved my concerns at a high level of professionalism!

This is a small real estate agency, but those who handle property management do it quickly and efficiently like Carl and James, exactly as a property owner would expect from a management team.

Carl and James were amazing. From the start of the process in guiding us on required works on the property to ensure compliance to having our tenants move in within weeks of the first open. Both are very professional, knowledgeable and personable and responsiveness is unparalleled. Will definitely use again

I had a very positive experience working with James and Carl from Holland Price. They coordinated necessary works efficiently, listed the property promptly, and secured quality tenants within a short timeframe. They maintained excellent communication throughout and provided strong support during the entire leasing process.

I have had only very positive interactions with all staff I have spoken with, but namely our awesome property manager Glika. The whole process has been a breeze and communication has been excellent.

I have found First National Clayton to be utterly professional, personable, and transparent in their dealings with us. When we put in a maintenance request, and there have been a few, they respond quickly with interest in our needs. It is such a better experience than we had with a previous agent.

Very very happy by getting wonderful service from FirstNational. Thank you so much 😊
