Mel is very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and phone calls, txt messages and emails were responded to quickly. I lovely surprise was the little gift pack when receiving my keys. I found the Property Manager, Ivan very helpful and overall I would rate highly. Unfortunately my not so great experience came for their unorganised administration side when dealing with office staff.
