Satisfied with the result! Kristian was always incredibly responsive and able to address any concerns. As a first-time landlord he helped me navigate the process with an in-depth chat at the beginning before I made any commitment. He gave me prompt updates with inspections and candidates while I was away, and was always professional in communication. Highly recommend!

All an all a great property manager

Harris Tripp managed the end of one tenancy and finding an new tenant seamlessly. They were very responsive to all my communication and found a new tenant before the current one vacated so there was not interruption to my income. Highly recommended.
