Great support and professionalism through out the process.

Great communication keep me updated throughout the whole process. Every time there was a barrier or a road block to getting my apartment at leased they were able to come with an action plan to overcome the barriers. Very happy with service from Soukayna.

Actively comparing markets during rent renewal, quick to find new tenant and approvals

I recently had an excellent experience with my real estate agent. They listed my rental property on Saturday, and within a week had successfully secured tenants who were ready to move in within 7 days. Their efficiency and professionalism were outstanding, and the process was stress-free from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with their market knowledge and ability to achieve competitive rental rates. They handled all inquiries and inspections promptly, and their communication kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent out their property quickly and at a great rate.

Natalia is an amazing property manager. She was very thorough, prepared everything ahead of me before I even asked! Also she was so helpful in helping me decide on the tenants, provided so much details and gave her own rationales. Very happy with her work 😊

The scope of knowledge and professionalism exceeded expectation. Well done L J Hooker Ashfield!

Finding a rental property when moving interstate is usually a nightmare, but they made the process incredibly smooth. I really appreciate how fast they are to respond! Whether I send an email or a text, I hear back immediately. The rental process was seamless. They handled all the paperwork at move-in and scheduled necessary repairs shortly after—everything was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
