The existing tenants gave the minimum notice for their intention to move out. Tegan was onto it faster than a ferret down a rabbit hole!! She very quickly organised and advertised an inspection on the forthcoming Saturday morning. As a result, we secured a tenant with a good rental history and references. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in!
