Communication has been ok. I had problems the day i moved in, but they are yet to get back to me with any answers. Through the inspevtion stage and first months rent and bond they were really good, bur like mentioned before nothing has been resolved woth the issues i had.

Mark and Katie have been fantastic, they always answer their phone and follow up on any requests quickly. They have gone over and above to help get my house ready for listing and have done thorough checks on all applications. Very happy with their service and highly recommended!
