A huge thank you to Luke and his team for helping us navigate our home loan refinance. Throughout the entire process, he was upfront, transparent and incredibly patient. There was never any sales pitch or jargon, just honest advice with clear explanations. He happily answered all of our questions, including the ones we were convinced a bit daft, and always made us feel comfortable asking more.
