Excellent service from Craig from start to finish. My property was rented quickly, and the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was clear and consistent, and I felt completely confident throughout. Highly recommend.

Craig was very friendly and polite when viewing the home we are currently in now. The team was pretty quick with responses and helped guide us with our application process and anything extra we needed to provide. Brooke has been great to deal with, she went out of her way to ensure my needs were met. Overall very happy.

responsive on issues

Fantastic communication and responded to any queries we had immediately.

Charlie and Lee were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of helping us secure our new home. The process was so smooth from start to finish, with regular updates and communication at every stage. Having applied for houses in the past, I’ve experienced very little communication throughout the process, so the difference with Charlie and Lee was huge. They were quick to respond, kept us informed, listened to what we needed and made us feel genuinely supported throughout the whole process. Moving into a new home can be stressful, but they made the experience feel easy and reassuring. We really appreciated their professionalism, communication and care throughout. Couldn’t recommend Charlie and Lee highly enough!
