Thanks to Tia and the Vivid team for arranging a re-ferbishment of unit 39 15 Glendower Way, Spearwood. The property was probably built in the late 60's and would be looking tired. I Do appreciate Your effort and passion You have for Your profession. Thank You. Selby Adams.

Helped me with the after process of the application approval. In constant communication to get things sorted.

Excellent communicator and always prompt response. Vivid understand my concerns and property needs very well. Always give me guidance and support and clear directions regarding the transition of my property from old to new tenant recently. The desired outcome turned out to be a thankful and delightful experience for me and indeed far exceeded my expectations. Every phase of the re-tenanting process was so well-planned, organized, managed and executed and was smoothly, seamlessly and swiftly accomplished within quite a short time. I was even updated and comprised of any pertinent information daily. My sincere appreciation to Niki, Michele, Jasmine and the entire leasing team for their sedulous efforts and time to make this transition a success. Kudos and my hearty thanks go to Vivid Property Perth! Margaret

We had an excellent experience with Sophie throughout the leasing process. What impressed me most was her level of commitment. She was still working with us at 7pm on a Friday, going back and forth between us and the owner to get everything sorted. That really stood out to me. As a business owner myself, that is exactly the type of consultant I would want representing us as a vendor. Responsive, committed and willing to go the extra mile to get an outcome. Sophie was professional, knowledgeable and excellent with her communication from start to finish. I was genuinely impressed with the level of service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Never had any issues at the apartment I was in, every communication I had with the agency was professional and all communications was always very quick and efficient. I would recommend them to anybody,

Tenants broke a lease early but i was informed early. New suitable tenants were found quickly, everything was handled professionally.

We cannot fault our experience with Kristy. Her communication, professionalism, and transparency is incomparable. She is devoted to providing an excellent service, not only for us as landlords but for our lovely tenants, that is an investment in itself. Not once have we had to question her judgement, recommendations, or decisions and genuinely wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thank you Kristy.

As we are currently residing overseas we are so grateful for the team for being so accommodating and helpful with communication and all the logistical details of managing our property. Thank you!

Rob and his team were very helpful and explaining and walking us through the whole rental process. We own house for 20 years and needed a rental after we sold. He is very nice.

THE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME-always ready to listen & follow up with any concerns. They pick the right tenants & are on top of any legislative changes.

I couldn’t be happier with AB Realty and the service they provide. They have managed my property exceptionally well, with great communication, prompt handling of maintenance and thorough attention to detail at every stage making life easier. Michelle McKenna’s professionalism, knowledge and eagerness to answer any of my questions big or small has made the journey stress free and continues to do so. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AB Realty and the team.
