Dealing with Jo and Jacky has been an absolute pleasure. They found a quality tenant in the first week after settlement. The condition report was the most thorough we have ever received. All communication has been friendly, prompt, and professional. We are very happy we found them and could not recommend them more.

Initially very responsive but not as reponsive when I had few questions. However, I think there was change in people I was dealing with. Also was told I could park anywhere in the car park but this was not accurate. There was allocated spots where I can park. Some resident got pissed off and smashed his door against mine repeatedly leading to me writing a police report. Not ideal.
