We purchased our property through Core Realty NT in 2018 and they have managed it since then. Nikki, Joanna and the team are a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and always with their finger on the pulse. We have had a few minor maintenance issues on the property (As you do) and they have sorted them out in a very timely and cost effective manner. It is so reassuring to have a Team acting on your best behalf to sort these type of issues out. We have a busy lifestyle living on the Central Coast of NSW and it would be an absolute nightmare to deal with from down here. Their property inspections, administration and correspondence are A1. Dealing with Jo and Jacky has been an absolute pleasure. They found a quality tenant in the first week after settlement. The condition report was the most thorough we have ever received. All communication has been friendly, prompt, and professional. We are very happy we found them and could not recommend them more.

Initially very responsive but not as reponsive when I had few questions. However, I think there was change in people I was dealing with. Also was told I could park anywhere in the car park but this was not accurate. There was allocated spots where I can park. Some resident got pissed off and smashed his door against mine repeatedly leading to me writing a police report. Not ideal.
