Very thorough property manager

Nirali at 361 Degrees did a great job as our property manager. She planned and organised a great marketing campaign to promote our property to the tenants, conducted multiple open houses, screened potential tenants to find a good tenant for us (out of multiple applications). She did a through job in the process and gained our confidence. I will highly recommend Nirali from 361 Degrees to act as a property manager to take care of your investment property.
