Kate is a great communicator and very good rental manager. She keeps us up to date with any issues and looks after both us the landlord and the tenant. She has a good list of tradespeople who all conduct a high standard of work. She selected a very good tenant for us.

Communication was excellent, with prompt emails and a quick phone call. The property had had tenants for 11 years, and was leased very quickly with a number of applications to select from.
