Jenny (Evgenia) and Stavros from Century 21 Blacktown have been managing my Investment Property (House and Granny Flat) at Doonside for over 5 years. The Tenant at the Granny Flat recently gave notice to vacate. Jenny recommended a higher rental amount for the next Tenancy based on her Market Report. The Granny Flat was quickly advertised on realestate.com.au, domain and Century 21, and an Open Home was conducted on the following Saturday. All of this was done before the Tenant vacated.
