About Evgenia

Evgenia Ousta is the Head of Property Management at Century 21 Davelis & Co Blacktown, leading the Property Management team and working closely with landlords and tenants throughout Blacktown and the surrounding Western Sydney suburbs. With a hands-on approach to property management, Evgenia is passionate about protecting her clients’ investments and ensuring landlords feel informed, supported and confident in the management of their properties. Evgenia believes great property management comes down to communication, honesty, attention to detail and genuinely caring about the outcome. She takes the time to understand each landlord, their property and what is important to them, while providing practical advice throughout every stage of the tenancy. While Evgenia leads the Property Management department, she strongly believes that the service she provides would not be possible without the dedicated team behind her. She is proud to lead a team that shares the same commitment to their landlords, tenants and properties. For Evgenia, property management is personal. Every investment represents someone's hard work and future, and she believes it should be managed with the same level of care and attention she would expect for her own.

Professional Service and Customer Care.

We have been dealing with Jenny (Evgenia) in relisting our property. She has been very professional with continued updates from the opens (by video chats to our WhatsApp, emails and phone calls) and kept us up to date from the start. She found wonderful tenants and the whole process was stress free and very professional. We decided to replace our carpets in two bedrooms and Jenny had hybrid flooring installed the next day once we approved not to delay the rental process. We will definitely be referring her to our friends and family if they require similar services. 10 out of 10.
