Incredibly understanding
I was referred to Maele after a terrible experience with a different broker, about to give up on buying a home. Maele is so kind, professional and helpful, and has made this into a positive experience. She always answers my questions or provides the reassurance i need without making me feel silly. She is incredibly understanding of how hard this process can be and took the time to ensure i genuinely understood everything. She also remained in contact with me during settlement over Xmas, so i was kept up to date, which i’m grateful for because i was unable to contact my conveyancer during this time so stress levels were high but she continually calmed me down. I cannot write enough good words for Maele, or explain how truly grateful i am for her support. 1000/10 stars.
