We had been left almost homeless thanks to the dishonesty of a different real estate agent and were scrambling to find somewhere else to live. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in! All of our correspondence has been so fast and always positive and helpful, all of the Pulse team have been so nice to deal with, we really could not ask for anything more!

The existing tenants gave the minimum notice for their intention to move out. Tegan was onto it faster than a ferret down a rabbit hole!! She very quickly organised and advertised an inspection on the forthcoming Saturday morning. As a result, we secured a tenant with a good rental history and references.
