They have excellent communication and always provide us with the support we need to find a new apartment.

Big wrap and thanks to Milli for looking after my rental. Previous errors from another company were picked up quickly and maintenance issues rectified promptly, all the while keeping me well informed. Cheers.

Genuinely lovely to work with and super responsive. We really appreciated the quick feedback and great communication. A gem of an agent and company 🫶

Unfortunately, our experience with Highland Sutherland was not as positive as we had expected. As new tenants moving into the property, we received very little guidance regarding basic utilities such as electricity, gas, water and internet/NBN. We had to work out most of these arrangements ourselves Overall, the process felt quite transactional and impersonal. Communication was generally polite, but we did not feel particularly supported during the move-in process. Compared with our previous experience renting through another agency, this experience has unfortunately been much less smooth and reassuring. We hope the level of communication and support for new tenants can be improved in the future.

All the above key areas in the services provided by Sheilla Hancock are outstanding, and go beyond, to ensure that the Client is fully satisfied with his objectives, and also go beyond that, by suggesting further inputs which will enhance the Client's goals.

Highland Sutherland made renting through them a genuinely positive experience. Communication was excellent — prompt, clear responses and regular updates meant I was never left chasing information. Everything was handled professionally, from the inspection through to signing, with no delays or surprises. A special mention for the extra services offered, like helping connect utilities — it made moving in an absolute breeze. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent.
