Communication has been seamless. Signing documents also easy and convenient. The property had 2 minor defects and both were fixed within 48hrs of notifying reception.

My new property manager (Jaimee) was incredibly helpful and responsive. I was shocked by how quickly she answered my many questions and organised everything so that the moving process was as seamless and straightforward as possible.
