I have been with Fletchers Canterbury for almost 15 years. The property manager is so professional and customer focused ( Dana Qi) she helped me when a trades was trying to over charge me few thousands dollars for small garage repair and also help me a lot when dealing with difficult renter who couldn’t perform renter’s duty. In today’s world it’s hard to find trustable property manager, and it’s not always a matter of management fee. It’s all about professionalism and customer oriented mindset. Well done Fletchers Canterbury team! Best for you.

Appreciate all Vincent Wu and Victor Hua’s effort on my property, they have been helpful, I also would like to thanks the team who is managing the bills, they are very efficient as well. Thanks Fletchers Propety management team.

Julia kept in close contact with me during the entire process and quickly and efficiently executed the lease. She has helped me previously with the same kindness and efficiency. I would highly recommend her experience and kindness to anyone.
