Easy and enjoyable!
Grace was easy to deal with and happy to allow us to make last minute changes to our loan application. She ensured us of the process and was happy to answer questions. When it came to the loan she was happy to follow up the bank and kept us in the loop the whole time.
Would not have liked to have done this process with anyone else!
