We were referred to Kerry at KML Finance after a really disappointing experience with a major bank and a couple of other brokers where the goal posts seemed to keep changing. Looking back, that referral was one of the best recommendations we received.
Applying for a home loan is a big deal, and it's pretty stressful. From the very beginning, Kerry was calm, approachable, and took the time to listen to our concerns. She never made us feel rushed or like we were just another client. If we had questions or worries, she would explain everything clearly and was always happy to find out more information if needed.
What really stood out was that Kerry genuinely cared. The process felt transparent, and she was upfront about what was needed from us. There were no surprises or changing expectations, and she came back with loan options much quicker than we expected.
Getting approved for the loan ended up being the easiest part of the whole process. Even now, while we're going through the drawdown stage, it's reassuring to know she's still there in the background, answering questions and making sure everything stays on track.
I honestly can't recommend Kerry highly enough. If you're looking for a mortgage broker who is knowledgeable, genuine, and takes the stress out of the process, she's the person to see.
