Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.

Efficient, responsive and reasonable. Also very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a property manager for our aging father's property. Craig has been honest, realistic and quick to respond to any queries. He has been efficient in helping us get the property rented out. I've been particularly impressed with his ability to deal fairly and calmly with a difficult tenant. I am confident he is protecting our interests and that our property is in good hands as well as being fair to tenants needs and queries.

Shelley is amazing, we were for the first time leasing our place - new to the game, we didn’t know much. Shelley came to the rescue and ensured all our questions were answered, and supported us through the transition of moving out to finding the perfect tenant. Every step of the way, was so easy. We love Shelley and are so happy with the process to date!
