Stephen first came to Australia from Guangdong Province in southeast China as an overseas student. More than 10 years had since past and Stephen has made Australia his home with his wife and two kids. Starting from being a tenant when he first arrived, Stephen is now a landlord with his own rental properties. He experienced and understood the importance of meeting one’s housing needs especially in a foreign land and how building a property portfolio is one of the best ways to safeguard one’s financial future. Being diligent and meticulous, Stephen gradually established his career in real estate. He began as a property manager and was quickly promoted to senior managerial roles. In 2015, together with his partners, Stephen is now running his own real estate business. Stephen has always believed in “treating every client’s property as your own and treating every person the way you want to be treated”. This very positive attitude has gained him the trust and friendship of many of his clients over the years.
