Agencies in Marrickville, NSW, 2204

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.

Easy and fast communication, easy answers , updates , everything landlord would wish for from an agency ! Thank you for your service!

The property in Darlinghurst is positioned well. Ray White an and co keep a good eye on activities in the area. I trust them to have an understanding of clients. I trust Ray White Touma Taylor.

I've been working with Ray White Touma Taylor Darlinghurst for quite some time, and I can confidently say their property management team takes excellent care of your investment. When our previous tenant moved out recently, they were able to secure a new tenant in a very short timeframe, demonstrating their efficiency and reliability.
