We've seen a LOT of properties around the Inner West, with a few different agencies, trying to find our best fit on a tight budget for 2 couples and a small dog. Bella was our first contact and I can safely say that she is the best agent we've had the pleasure to work with in Australia. Bella is kmowledgeable, helpful, attentive and ensures to keep you informed in every step of the process. Not only did Bella walk us through the initial property and applications process, but she genuinely listened to our needs for a property and only recommended what met those needs. Jade helped us with confusion and issues with applying via Snug and also arranged a second viewing for us, to help confirm our interest in the property.
