Matt and his team have delivered amazing service! Highly recomend

First time renting out our home seemed overwhelming. But Britt & Ella and the team were amazing and helped us through the process! ❤️

Brittany helped us get into rental properties for our business. She went above and beyond to help find properties that suited our business needs. We were kept updated throughout the application process which was very quick and easy. I would highly recommend Brittany and the Property Management team at Thompson and Clarke!

Bailey provided honest and clear information regarding their knowledge and services when it came to managing our investment property. They understood our needs and were able to find a tenant suitable to the home. They have provided real peace of mind for us, and we feel secure knowing our property is with an agent who has years of experience and dedication in the local rental market

Throughout the process from enquiring about the property, to the application process and then the approval all the staff in the office were happy to answer any questions we had. They were also able to provide us with updates along the way to ensure we were keep involved in the process. As a renter this is something I have never experienced before. If I was landlord, or a future buyer and as renter this a service that would be so value able to everyone that access their business.

They were fast responding to our inquiries and a pleasure to meet, great communication all the way up to picking our keys up.

Nick and Kris are some of the best agents I’ve ever dealt with. Leasing my property through them has been nothing but easy. Both of them are genuinely committed to giving all their clients the best experience and I’m thankful to the both of them for all the support, assistance and friendliness they provide on a regular basis. Would 100% recommend
