I’ve had a great experience renting out my property through the team at Barry Plant Wantirna. Rachel, Dusica, and Talia have all been consistently professional, responsive, and highly supportive throughout the process. They are always quick to respond to emails and calls, keeping me updated at every stage and addressing any questions or concerns promptly and clearly. Their communication has been excellent, which has made the whole experience very smooth. They also demonstrate strong local market knowledge, providing realistic rental advice and helpful guidance on pricing and tenant selection. What really stands out is their professionalism and genuine care. Rachel, Dusica, and Talia work seamlessly as a team, and their reliability makes them a pleasure to work with.

Barry Plant Wantirna, particulary Rachael Maxwell and Molly Rainey were great at helping me throughout the process. There were no silly questions and for a first time investor, they stepped through the process with care. They have your interests at heart and ensure that appropriate protections are made for the benefit of the property and for the benefit of the tenants.

Racheal, Molly, and their team are the best leasing agents in the area. They genuinely care about landlords and always go the extra mile to help manage your property professionally and efficiently. I especially appreciated that Racheal made multiple visits to the property before listing it, offering valuable professional advice and helping prepare the property for the market. She also stayed connected throughout the process and was always responsive and supportive. After the property was leased, Molly’s professionalism and experience in managing the property really stood out. She has been attentive, reliable, and proactive in looking after every detail, giving us great peace of mind as landlords. Highly recommend their team to any landlord looking for trustworthy and proactive property managers.
