We cannot thank enough for their friendly and professional support/ service for renting our 2nd property in Daisy Hill. We were under enormous pressure to empty the residential property within 2 weeks because of BOQ's lazy service (lost 1 week). David K, Sumayya B, Fionna C for prompt responses and actions to complete all To-Do-List by the deadline. 1) Good communication and clear guidelines for preparation i.e. paperwork, keys, certificates etc. 2) Always supportive and friendly throughout the process. 3) Quickly arranged yard mowing. We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency.
