Kim and Holly are amazing !! The level of care and thoughtfulness provided by them has been wonderful and the part I love and appreciate most is that I have never felt like I am ‘just a number on their rent role’ .

We have always rented and we have never come across a real estate that actually cares about the tenants. We have forever had possums in the roof but as soon as Kim took over not only did she have a someone out to catch the possums she even had the trees cut down around the property so they couldn’t return. Kim also recommended putting our kids on the lease when they turned 18 so they could get a rental history for when moving away for university. I can not recommend them enough to the community.
