Happy with these guys , excellent rate and good communication.

We had an absolute first-class experience with the team at Raine and Horne. Because we are based interstate, we actually brought them on board before our build was even finished to get our property management sorted. From day one, their communication and willingness to go the extra mile completely took the stress out of the process. We were initially drawn to them because of their tight-knit, local team vibe, and they have more than lived up to our expectations. A massive shout-out goes to Alana, who has been nothing short of amazing. She stepped up to handle everything from dealing directly with our builders to looking after all our day-to-day requests from afar. Thanks to her relentless work ethic, our home was leased out in under 48 hours after hitting the market, which blew us away. Whether you need top-tier property management or are looking to sell, we cannot recommend this dedicated and highly professional team enough.

Our experience with Raine and Horne has been superb. We engaged them prior to our home being built to assist with property management and ever from the first email, they have gone above and beyond to make the journey seamless. The local and small team dynamic is what brought us towards Raine and Horne and they have continuously delivered on their commitment to assist us every step of the way. Alana from the team has been exceptional with assisting us with builder engagement and also just routine requests to assist us, as we are from interstate. Alana’s hard work also assisted us in obtaining tenants for our house in less than 48 hours from advertising. We highly recommend the team at Raine and Horne to assist with property management but also sales due to their professional and dedication to their clients.
