Has been with Tamagold for almost 9years now. All issues are attended promptly and their service has been satisfactory

The Tamagold team has provided professional service! They keep me informed of the property conditions and proactively help me manage the tenant and the property. Eventually I requested them to take care of my other property as well and that has been a wise decision. Thanks Katie and Emily!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Jas Stephens. They are incredibly fast, responsive, and kept me informed throughout every process. When my previous tenant moved out, they were able to find and secure a new tenant very quickly, which made the whole transition incredibly smooth and stress-free. A particular huge thank you to Sigrid, who is fantastic to deal with and was there every step of the way. Her communication, professionalism and willingness to help made the process so easy. I’m very happy with the service I received from Jas Stephens and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management team.

Stephanie leased my South Kingsville property within about 10 days of going live, well ahead of settlement. Great communication throughout, with weekly reports and quick updates at every stage. Highly recommend her and the Jas Stephens PM team.
