He processed my application very quickly and always updates me well in advance regarding inspections. Have had no issues since moving into the rental.

Mel at Social Realty is an outstanding example of investment property management. I was not particularly happy with our existing property manager and when I found out that Mel, whom I had worked with when she was with a previous agency, I jumped at the chance to have her involved in our Brisbane property.
