I moved overseas at the start of last year and I was very nervous about renting out my unit. I recommended her to another friend who also moved overseas and she similarly has had no issues. Breanna regularly checks in to the property and relays to me how things are going. On the flip side she also cares about the tenants. It’s important to me as someone who has rented a lot in the past to have my tenants be happy and at home. This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency.
