Trish was very efficient and professional in the way she handled our application, she knew the urgency and made sure we got our approval with days.

Responsive at the beginning, but didn’t understand how the building was set up and needed to reissue lease to resolve. Had to chase a key to access mailbox as wasn’t provided. Office is almost a 1 hour drive from apartment, and unable to deliver key to tenant (would be very difficult if tenant didn’t own a car). Have always been customer focussed, but I question either their attention to detail or knowledge of their portfolio under management.
