As interstate investors, we rely very heavily on property management in the inspection, leasing and ongoing management of our properties and couldn’t be happier with Maxine Daniel and her professionalism, communication and commitment to ensuring the right tenants are leasing our property. Thank you Maxine!

Lou assisted from start to finish, including: conversations before the property handover, recommending trades and assisting with providing photos for quotes, and finding a suitable tenant after only having just one open for inspection. Highly recommended!
32 Marblewood Way Mount Barker
We have never owned or rented out a property before so were heavily reliant on Lou to walk us through the steps from the end of the house being built through to getting our first tenants. Even before the house was built, he took the time to explain things to us via email and over the phone, and gave good advice about what tenants tend to look for and what extra little features might make the house more liveable and more attractive for a long-term renter. When we had ideas, he ran with them, giving practical suggestions and making things happen. For example, when we wanted to add some chests of drawers to the wardrobes, he went and measured the spaces for us (we live in a different city), sent links to some possible models from ikea, and sourced a handyman to collect, assemble and instal them. He also pointed out that the drawers would be better positioned at the opposite end of the wardrobe to where I said to put them, to avoid obstruction by a possible bed-side table. This and numerous other things (like giving the tenants a 'welcome pack' with a bottle of local wine, and letting me know that the gutters will need cleaning) demonstrated to me that Jump Property's approach to property management is not just handling contracts and rent money, but building relationships of trust with both tenants and landlords, acting in the interests of both by advocating for the tenants' comfort and 'keeping an eye on things' for the owner. As soon as the property was ready, Lou had photos and a walk-through video up on the internet and organised numerous showings, giving us his brief impression of the potential tenants. Lou and staff respond quickly to emails, inform and remind us of things that need doing (and offer to do them for us), send clear and comprehensive instructions, communicate and co-ordinate with builders and service providers, and are professional, courteous and just lovely people to work with. In short, they know what they're doing and they're doing it well.
