Magdalena clearly has a very good understanding of the market in this area, as well as both the practical aspects of property management and the legal processes that are increasingly part of that activity. I was particularly impressed that although nine parties applied to lease the property, only one got through the filters which Magdalena applied. I elected to plan a short tenant free period to carry out some maintenance work myself.
